As the development of economic society and the faster living tempo, people no longer want to bear the heavy trivial housework, they tend to out source the trivial family labor, so the demand and tendency of family labor socialization appears; on the other hand, government also regarded the development of family service industry as a important mean to guarantee and improve people’s livelihood, introduced many significant documents to guide the development of industry, such as<Guidance on the Development of Family Service Industry>,under this background, our country’s family service industry develop rapidly, and the scale expands day after day. Owing to the late appearance of family service industry and its rapid development,thus the construction of industrial norm and standard lag, the family service companies are lack of normative ways in providing services to the clients, also they are very subjective in the internal management, what’s more, some service staff’s professional ethics, behavior, and service skills are different, which lead to a different service quality, and it’s hard to meet people’s need of service normalization, diversification and individuation etc. Therefore, under such background, how to impute family service companies’internal management ’s normalization and standardization in providing services became a subject that need to make further research urgently.Through the research of development status in family service industry at home and abroad, also, the progress of our country’s family service company’s standardization, this article analyzed the significance in carrying out the standardization work. In the key parts of this thesis, firstly, combined the family service company’s service and operation characteristic, according to the standard requirement, the author built the family service company service standard system which is composed of basic general sub system, service providing sub system and service guarantee sub system, and made an explanation on building standard system’s principle, demands, composition, structure, coding rule, the compilation of standard list and standard redact. Secondly, a statement on family service company service standard system, listed some methods and steps about the operation of company standard system, and put forward the ways in supervision and examination about the operation of standard system, also the approaches and steps in the continual improvement of standard system. Lastly, the article studied the practice and application of standard system in the company, analyzed the company’s performance before and after the use of standard system, calculated and summarized the economic benefits and social benefit that the construction and operation of standard system brought, demonstrated a scientific, complete, suitable standard system’s great significance and value on family service company’s internal management, the improvement of the service quality, in addition, the enhancement in economic benefits and social benefits.
