Tourist attraction is the basis of China’s tourism development. It is not only an important part and the embodiment of the image of the tourism industry, the central attraction in the tourism market, but also the important source of employment and income. So it is a problem have to be settled urgently that how to improve management to upgrade the management efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction of a tourism enterprise. At present time the government recommends to used method of standardization management for scenic management, and has carried out the pilot project of tourism scenic service standardization. One of the most important content of the pilot project is to build and implement an entire standard system of scenic service the management.Now the pilot project had scored rich fruits through years of exploration and attempt. But at the same time, the pilot project is also in an awkward predicament that reduces the effectiveness due to insufficient research of current domestic tourism standardization theory and methods, particularly the lacking of practical service standards framework and clear procedures of service standards system construction.Therefore, it is essential to study the standard system service, which can provide ideas and modest contributions to the development of Chinese tourism standardization and better guide the tourism enterprises to enhance the systematic management level, to reduce management costs, and to improve management efficiency and service quality.This research stands in perspective of system theory and method of standardized management, which make better progress of management improvement, through the establishment of a standard system of scenic areas. And it is looked forward to provide ideas for the future standardization of tourism services by this article.In writing of logical relations, first of all,some of the basic concepts and theories is presented in chapter II, which include total quality management, system management, communication management, standardized management and comprehensive standardized management. Second, in the scenic standard system management status and issues(chapter III), the problems in scenic standards system are analyzed, such as weakness of organization management, standard system frameworks are not reasonable, confusion and low professional level of standard system construction program and despising implementation. Third, in the chapter fourth, it gives the standard system construction principles and standard system framework for reconstruction. In the fifth chapter, there is entire process and some practiced data of construction tourist attraction’s service standard system presented, from the beginning to the sustainable improvement, which is the focus of this research.The theoretical significance of the thesis: to design a more comprehensive and replicable service standard system frame and gives the full, high operability methods and procedures of tourist service system construction through the research, with integrating the basis of existing theories.The practical significance of the thesis: to verify the effectiveness and feasibleness of the service standard system frame and methods designed in this research in a number of national-level and provincial-level pilot areas of service standardization.Conditioned by author’s time,energy and knowledge, there are problems need to be resolved: evaluation method of standardized benefit, especially the economic growth promoted by the standard system construction in proportion to the economic growth data, which is remained to be accomplished in later research.
