The liberal label of the country goes to city to find the job because of the urbanization, most of them are working for the construction industrial, this lead to the fast increase of the laborsub-contractor, the requirement is stricter day by day for the construction engineering project management to the sub-contractor, the sub-contractor management model which comply withChina status and practical market regular is very urgent.This paper starts with the management system of the general and sub-contractor about the construction engineering, and combines with the study of abroad and the experience of Chinese construction industry.In the aspect of theory, this paper is complied with to the relative research ideas, from value chain theory, analysis of the trade cost, resource ability theory, supplier chain analysis and lean construction theory, it accomplished the relative construction engineering theory, and on this basis this paper analyzed the collaboration relationship ofthe general contractor and the separate sub-contractor, the management model of sub-contractor of the basic construction engineering projectwas designed according to the relative theory study above. The management model of this paper completely included all of the relationship between general contractor and sub-contractor in the construction engineering and the strategy. it is a good reference for other relative theory study.The chapter third of this paper listed and analyzed issues of the sub-contractor management at the current construction engineering of China, this explained the problems of the sub-construction management of China from following4parts:-The contradiction relationship of the general contractor and sub-contractor;-The problem of the sub-contractor during execution;-The problem of the employee management of the sub-contractor-And the relationship between the sub-contractor profit and the total construction.The chapter fourth analyzedthe performance influence factor of the sub-contractor management at the construction engineering in detailed. It described the basic requirement and the influence factor of the sub-contractor management at construction engineering, and the model frame was programmed based on the following parts:-The constraint of the contract;-The ability distribution and performance motivation;-The conflict and communication management;-The collaboration;-The culture diversity;The chapter fifth is the major part of this paper, from the perspective of classification the paper classified the main big sub-contractor, according to construction execution, materiality, collaboration performance, choose model and so on,the huge quantity of the sub-contractors companies were classified. According to the detailed theory of the glory management model, this chapter provided glory method of the sub-contractor management, and made the requirement of the model to be more clear.This construction engineering sub-contractor management model in this paper is based on management system of the complete value chain which general contractor and sub-contractor accomplish the construction tasktogether.
