Research On The Management Countermeasures Of Xi’an Highway Passenger Transport

With the rapid development of China’s economy, China’s road passenger transport has also researched a rapid development. The infrastructure is constantly improved, and road passenger volume is gradually increased. However, the development of road passenger transport also have many problems, such as the road passenger transport management is not standardized, the quality of service is relatively poor and the use of information technology in road passenger transport is relatively small and other aspects of the problem. These issues become a bottleneck affecting the development of road passenger transport. In the meantime, with the rapid development of social and economic, passengers put forward higher requirements for all aspects of road passenger transport, including safety, comfort, on-time, fast and quality service and so on. Thus, the traditional road passenger cannot meet the requirements of travelers. There are many studies on road passenger transport recently, but most of the studies stay at the theoretical level, and the combination with instances is relatively few. This paper takes road passenger transport in Xi’an as the research object. It analyzes the status of Xi’an road passenger and makes some recommendations according to the actual situation. The paper provides some guidance and help for the relevant theoretical and practical work.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the topic origin, the research goal, the significance, the research methods, research contents and framework. The research progress of road passenger transport at home and abroad is introduced. The second chapter introduces the theory related. The third chapter introduces the actual situation of road passenger transport in Xi’an. In the fourth chapter, the paper introduces the management experience of road passenger transport at home and abroad. The fifth chapter puts up with some suggestions to improve the management level of road passenger transport in Xi’an on the basis of the formal results. The last chapter is the conclusion. This part summarizes the full thesis.
