Research On Agricultural Technique Extended Subject Function

Hebei province is a major agricultural province, the development of agriculture inHebei province on the rapid development is of great significance.At the presenttimes,technological development is becoming more complete.To make the development ofagriculture achieving a qualitative leap,we must depend on the ever-accelerated updatingof agricultural technology.Science and technology translating into practical productiveforces needs the transformation of agricultural science and technology,needs that the mainsubjects of agricultural technology extension promote new agricultural technologyfully,therefore,it is necessary to improve the agro-technique extension ability of the mainsubjects.At present,Hebei province has improved the multiplex subjects system ofagricultural technology extension, agricultural technology promotion level is alsoimproved.But with the development of modern agriculture,the shortcomings of theagricultural technology extension in Hebei mechanism gradually exposed,when the mainsubjects of agricultural technology extension engaged in agricultural technologyextension,influence the actual effect of agricultural technology extension,improve the lackof function exertion in Hebei province has become the inevitable requirement.In order to fully elaborate the function of main subjects of agricultural technologyextension,according to the different promotion function,the paper divide them into foursubjects:scientific multiplex subject,diffusive multiplex subject and productive and servantmultiplex subject.With field research for main subjects of agricultural technologyextension in Hebei province,analysed survey data,summarized present situation and theexisting problems of function exertion in Hebei province,combined the situation offunction exertion on pear industry in Hebei province,using the basic theory of analytichierarchy process to evaluate the significance of the four subjects,the result shows that thecommonweal multiplex subject is dominant,but the weight of the other three subjects isrelatively large,we can not ignore the function advantage of the three promotion subjects:asscientific multiplex subject,agricultural scientific research institutes and universities holdthe most advanced agricultural science and technology and information;as diffusivemultiplex subject,agricultural leading enterprises and cooperatives can combine operationprocess to extend agricultural science and technology;as productive and servant multiplexsubject,agricultural science and technology park and socialized service organizations can combine producing activity to extend agricultural science and technology.To fully play thefunction of main subjects of agricultural technology extension,on the one hand,we mustadhere to the dominance of the commonweal multiplex subject,improve the quality ofbasic-level agro-technique extension personnel,improve basic-level agro-techniqueextension facilities;enrich the extension method;on the other hand,we must make full useof other three subjects’ advantage,improve the mechanism of collaboration,make up for alack of government promotion, so that the agricultural extension information can reallymeet the needs of farmers,and improve the whole level of agricultural technologyextension.
