Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Products Circulation For Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives In Baoding

Although farmers’ professional cooperatives in our country have developed rapidly,such as the number of cooperatives is high-speed growth, farmers in cooperatives areincreased significantly, production of agricultural products are varied,here are stillproblems with the cooperative agricultural products circulation. High circulation cost, slowcirculation, increasing losses, information asymmetry, imperfect logistics facilities,thesefactors restrict the cooperatives effective circulation of agricultural products. At the sametime, with the improvement of residents’ consumption level, incresing number ofconsumers pay more attention to he convenience, diversity, security and service quality ofproducts purchase.Therefore, analyzing and summarizing the obstacles of farmers’professional cooperatives produce current constraints, finding out the methods to promotethe farmers’ professional cooperatives produce current, exploration and development ofnew agricultural product circulation pattern have important significance.Reducing thecooperative agricultural products circulation of the intermediate links, to reduce thecirculation costs,and the price of agricultural products,only in this ways can customersbenefit from it. In addition, the high circulation efficiency of agricultural products to solvethe problem of high price of agricultural products, people will buy more agriculturalproducts, and then increase the benefit of the cooperatives and achieve win-win situation ofconsumers and farmers’ professional cooperatives. In this paper, the specific research is asfollows:First of all, in this paper,based on the literature research at home and abroad.Under theguidance of agricultural product circulation theory,supply chain management and thirdparty logistics.This research adopted the method of data studies,the combination ofinterviews and case analysis, the combination of normative and empirical analysis.Secondly, through research of40Baoding farmers’ professional cooperatives producecurrent operation situation,and combine with the specific case in this region,describe itsoperating status quo, respectively from the four aspects of circulation of agriculturalproducts.Mainly for:cooperatives registered brand and passed the certification of qualitystandard,accept the orders,the construction of logistics,farmers demand forinformation,information utilization,funding sources,the development of the farmer capitalmutually cooperative.Again, after evaluated the running status,we found that here are problems existing in the operation process in farmers’ professional cooperatives of Baoding. Mainly for:insufficiency of agricultural product circulation infrastructure investment,consumers’lower recognition of new agricultural product circulation pattern,narrow sales channel offarmers’ professional cooperatives, the settlement period of agricultural product is long.Last, combined with the specific case of farmers’ professional cooperatives inBaoding,and put forward the suggestions to accelerate the circulation of agriculturalproducts, it makes the high quality agricultural products circulate to the consumers.In thispaper, the concrete aspects as follows: farmers’ professional cooperatives to strengthen theconstruction of their own agricultural products brand, increase agricultural productslogistics facilities construction, broaden the farmers’ professional cooperatives agriculturalproducts sales channels, pay attention to market information, make full use of the existinginformation platform,promote the development of farmers capital mutually cooperatives.The innovation of this research is to define the research scope in Baoding, and research itfrom the four aspects, business flow, logistics, information flow and cash flow.
