Research On The Performance Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Lanxi County From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Since the promulgation of the law of farmers' specialized cooperatives,the number of farmers' specialized cooperatives has increased a lot.Its establishment and operation have a great role in promoting agricultural development and farmers' income,but it also has some problems in the development process that will affect the performance level.In the supply chain of agricultural products,the performance level of farmers' cooperatives is not only affected by the factors of cooperatives themselves,but also by the upstream suppliers,the downstream vendors,the external environment of the supply chain and other factors.Therefore,it is necessary to study the factors influencing the performance of farmers' cooperatives from the perspective of supply chain.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' literature on the status quo,performance evaluation,performance influencing factors,and relevant research on the performance of farmers' professional cooperatives from the perspective of supply chain.Then,from the perspective of supply chain,design a questionnaire to investigate the farmers' professional cooperatives in Lanxi County,sort out the survey data,carry out descriptive statistical analysis,and describe the basic status and performance status of cooperatives.Data envelopment analysis(DEA)is used to get comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and then to evaluate the performance of cooperatives.The comprehensive technical efficiency obtained by DEA is distributed in the range of 0 ~ 1,which is taken as the dependent variable.The influencing factors of the performance of farmers' professional cooperatives in Lanxi County from the perspective of supply chain are obtained by using binary logistic model,and the regression results are analyzed.The results show that eight factors have an impact on the performance: member income,sales channel stability,agricultural supply chain management talent gap,supply chain brand building,the degree of information sharing among supply chain enterprises,member satisfaction with the services provided by cooperatives,the degree of integration of logistic supply chain,and the financing ability of cooperative capital supply chain.Finally,based on the research results,seven suggestions are put forward,which are to cultivate and strengthen the cooperative as the core body of the supply chain,to enrich the supply chain management talent team of the cooperative,to establish thestrategic concept of the cooperative supply chain brand,to improve the information sharing degree among the cooperative supply chain enterprises,to establish the strategic alliance of the supply chain,to strengthen the stability of the sales channels,and to promote the integration of agricultural products logistic We can further optimize the supply chain structure,strengthen the supply chain management,and promote the sound and rapid development of farmers' professional cooperatives.
