The Research On Innovation Of The Mode Of Shanxi Province Agricultural Products Circulation

Shanxi Province has long been subject to the impact of "heavy manufacturing, light circulation", "urban over rural", the development of the rural economy is not advanced, the industry of circulation is underdeveloped, there are some problems in the modes of traditional agricultural products circulation:the agricultural products distribution channel is long, the level of farmers organization is low, the construction of agricultural products market is not advanced, the logistics technology of agricultural products is underdeveloped, the market information agricultural is opaque. There are also other problems, which led to the phenomenon:"the agricultural products are difficulty in selling and expensive in buying". These problems not only restrict the increase of farmers’ income, but also fail to meet the needs of diverse consumers. Therefore, contrary to the current status and the problems of the modes of Shanxi traditional agricultural products circulation, this paper put forward four new models of agricultural products circulation which can be developed in Shanxi Province: e-business mode, chain direct sales mode, "Farmer Cooperatives+ supermarkets "mode," farmer cooperatives+ community restaurant "mode, the goal is to reduce the links of the circulation, to improve circulation efficiency, to achieve the docking of production and marketing, to promote the development rural economic, to increase farmers’ income, and to meet the diversified consumer demand.Firstly, the paper summaries the relevant theories on the basis of checking a large number of the research results of related agricultural products circulation, which can enrich the theoretical basis. On this basis, the paper sets the theme of the study:look for the modes of agricultural products circulation to reduce the links of circulation, to reduce transaction costs, to achieve the docking of production and marketing, and to improve circulation efficiency, which have the feasibility of the development in Shanxi Province. Secondly, this paper describes the current situation in the modes of Shanxi Province agricultural products circulation, analyzes the four traditional modes of agricultural products circulation, and sorts out the existing problems of the modes of Shanxi Province agricultural products circulation. Again, in order to solve these problems, this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the modes of agricultural products circulation of the United States and Japan which are two developed countries, and summarizes the experience which we can learn from. Finally, the paper puts forward four new modes of agricultural products circulation by using the theory of agricultural products circulation, the theory of transaction cost, the theory of SCP paradigm and other theories, and analyzes the feasibility of new modes of agricultural products circulation in the development of Shanxi Province, and presents countermeasures in innovating the Shanxi Province mode of agricultural products circulation at the end of the article.
