When scholars were still discussing development of society in the21st century, Thomas L. Friedman, in a book "THE WORLD IS FLAT" shocked the world, it depicts what is happening and what will happen in the21st century, there is no doubt that the new trend of globalization have a significant impact to the existing business model, organizational structure and business process. In a flat world, the enterprises at the forefront of location are facing unprecedented challenges; organizational structure and operation mode innovation is imperative. Teams as the basic component of enterprise unit, is the key to enterprise reform and development, in order to explore the advantages of team, it is very necessary to research team, team building, team performance and the relationship between them.In this paper, a software integration enterprise is selected as the research object. According to the Belbin Team Role theory, a number of different team types was conducted random sampling analysis, the distribution of the data obtained under the corporate environment team role. And for different types of teams, as well as different stages of the work team conducted a statistical analysis of the role of preference, on this basis, but also to further explore the relationship between the distribution of team roles and team performance (team business performance and team satisfaction) through statistical analysis of inference, get some very valuable information, establish a good foundation for the company’s future team-building.In this paper, based on Belbin team role theory, but does not use Belbin (1983) Team Roles self-test questionnaire SPI (Self Perception Inventory) role as a test questionnaire for two reasons:First, the domestic Belbin SPI is basically a self-test questionnaire direct translation from the English version, not suitable for Chinese people’s understanding of habit; second is less than normal amount of issues, Belbin self-test questionnaire has only seven questions, there may be relatively large deviations If you misunderstand the issues. In this paper, combining with the characteristics of Chinese culture, the design of a new convenient implementation Belbin team roles self-test questionnaire, which refer to the first part of the appendix A. After several practical applications and amendments, the currently version of the questionnaire is formed, this is a new attempt.
