In China, both from the chain Suning to expand e-co mmerce, or traditional e-commerce giant Alibaba, Tmall, have never been more em phasis on e-commerce, attention to user experience. In practical applications, how to a ssess the operations of e-commerce sites, e-commerce business process pulse proble ms, accurate statistics and forecasts sales of e-business products and trends and accur ate understanding of user needs, to seize the enterprise to be user psychology solve t he first problem, but also to lead the healthy functioning of e-commerce enterprises to enter the key factor.This study is mainly based on e-commerce sites track user behavior in operation performance, explore user psychology, thus further dig out the real user demands for e-commerce sites. Sought through the use of e-commerce website user needs in-dept h analysis of this as far as the development of e-commerce site operators such as:the function of the site, page layout, and other aspects of product configuration change, etc. into effective strategies to meet the needs of users and usage habits to enhance th eir user experience,"faster "," better "," more comfortable" to complete e-commerce transactions, in order to achieve improved user experience and enhance user stickine ss purposes.Meanwhile, also in case of e-commerce sites for the Tmall, combined with the a ctual situation, the electricity supplier website operation status, user behavior analysi s, on the day the cat’s overall operations, Tmall user’s needs, as well as lifestyle, sho pping morphology were clustering research, and try to make a response to the operati ng strategy recommendations.
