Study On The Culture Construction Of China Southern Airlines Company Limited

By studying the development process of some enterprises in developed countries,it can be clearly found that these brands of enterprises have a very excellent corporate culture.In the enterprise development process,managers are good at penetrating the corporate culture into the management of enterprises.Therefore,in order to have a stable development,enterprise must take advanced corporate culture as the guidelines.Since the reform and opening,the cultural construction of China's state-owned enterprises,basically still in the model of following outstanding enterprises in developed countries,China's enterprises are gradually beginning to have a clear understanding of corporate culture,if you want to support the rapid development of enterprises,we must establish a China Local model,and construct the corporate culture which fit to its actual situation.Therefore,having a deep understanding of corporate culture,learning from foreign excellent corporate culture and developing our own corporate culture has become an important issue that must be faced and solved for the development of enterprise.Based on the research of corporate culture construction of China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies and analyzes the existing problems and problems' cause in the progress of corporate culture construction of China Southern Airlines,and then puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.It is hoped that the research work could provide some recommendations on China Southern Airlines Co.Ltd.'s construction of corporate culture,ultimately improve its corporate culture,and contribute to its development and expansion.The first chapter of this paper focuses on the background and significance of corporate culture,and then summarized the theories and relevant concepts of corporate culture,furthermore,through the study of China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd.corporate culture construction process and current status and in-depth understanding of China Southern Airlines corporate culture construction,designed a business questionnaire for the Southern Airlines;fourthly,according to corporate culture theory and the feedback of the questionnaire,summarized and deeply analyzed the problems and causes of the construction of the corporate culture of China Southern Airlines.Last but not least,referring to the characteristics of the corporate culture of China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd.and the actual situation of the enterprises,provided some reasonable strategy and suggestions to improve the corporate culture.
