There are nearly ten years of development history in China’s private equity industry. Since2004, the industry is from scratch, from only a few private institutions to thousands of different private institutions today. It’s development speed is amazing. The rapid development of domestic private equity industry led to the rapid expansion of real industry, especially the substantial growth in recent years the stock market. The combination between equity financing and investment projects not only solve the problem of the current financial difficulties and the bottleneck of the development of enterprises, but also achieve industrial upgrading and structural optimization.Some project investment valuations become more and more prominent to many of the private investment, As one of the traditional valuation theory hypothesis is the steady state equilibrium in the structure of investment industry enterprise, the currently many industry which face transformation and structure upgrading do not apply this theory.
