Research On Valuation Methods Of Private Equity Investment In High-tech Internet Companies

Private equity investment has a history of development in China for about 20 years,from the initial zero to the current thousands of private equity institutions.The rapid development of private equity investment has promoted the rapid development of the domestic real economy and the Internet economy.Through the combination of private equity investment projects and equity financing,the shortage of funds often encountered in the current development of enterprises has been alleviated,and industrial upgrading and structural optimization have been promoted to some extent.Combined with the relevant cases of China's private equity development process for more than ten years,the valuation of enterprises in private equity investment projects is a major bottleneck restricting the development of private equity investment.With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous transformation of its industry structure,the valuation methods in traditional valuation theory are no longer applicable to industries newly created due to industrial restructuring,such as emerging high-tech interconnected companies.At the same time,it is also common for many domestic private equity practitioners to be judged by subjective experience in the process of valuation of enterprises.The above two reasons lead to serious deviations between the enterprise value assessment results and the real value in private equity investment.This paper takes the project experience as an example,and discusses the valuation issues of enterprises in the emerging Internet technology industry.The purpose of this thesis is to help the actual private placement work to a certain extent through theoretical research and empirical analysis of private equity investment in emerging industries Internet take-out enterprise projects.The relevant conclusions of the study indicate that the comprehensive and multi-faceted valuation is conducive to obtaining relatively fair and objective corporate value.At the same time,private equity investment can help the company's management methods and governance structure,and can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.From the perspective of long-term health and sustainable development,the private equity investment industry can be deeply subdivided.For example,private equity investment projects under specific conditions can specifically address certain types of problems in the private equity investment industry.Through research and analysis,the valuation problem in the private equity investment industry is conducive to refining and solving similar problems in the private equity industry,and the relevant theoretical research is more effectively and more effectively promoted to help solve the actual work of the same type.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the valuation of high-tech enterprises in private equity investment.The paper uses the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods of specific project investment cases to analyze the financial and non-financial indicators of the target company,compare the superior resources of the company industry with the scarce resources to determine whether the target company is worth investing.By comparing the valuations obtained by the target company A using traditional and emerging valuation methods,the reasons for the differences in enterprise values are analyzed from different perspectives,which provides a theoretical basis for the investment game of the project.
