Then it researches onentrepreneurship environment of Yancheng technology-based enterprise from eightaspects such as policies and regulations environment, financial environment, marketenvironment, technology environment, education and talent environment, social cultureenvironment, infrastructure, business support and opportunity etc.Secondly, in order to fully understand the current situation on the environmentpolicy of Yancheng City Technology-based enterprises, the writer prepared "YanchengCity science and technology innovation policy environment questionnaire”, andYancheng City technology-based enterprises are the major investigation object. So thepaper can suggest better advice and optimal policy for optimizing the policyenvironment.
