A Research On The Growth Of Technology Entrepreneurs

21st century is the age of knowledge economy, technologyentrepreneurs is a product of the era of knowledge economy.As the bodyof the entrepreneurial activities of science and technology, marketprosperity and economic growth in every aspect is closely related to thegrowth of technology entrepreneurs group, technology entrepreneursgroup has become the important force to promote social progress andeconomic growth.The growth of technology entrepreneurs is a longcomplex process, affected by various factors.On the basis of previousstudy. These factors are closely linked, mutually affected and promote thegrowth of technology entrepreneurs.In this paper, combined with previous theories related toentrepreneurship theory, a case study of200listed companies technologyentrepreneurs on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, in the way of descriptivestatistics analysis, eight factors are studied, such as the region oftechnology enterprises, industry, entrepreneurial model, gender, age,educational background, work experience and whether in incubator or not, at the same time, statistical results are explained. During the analysis,according to the relationships among subjects of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial model can be divided into entrepreneurship of wife andhusband, brothers (sisters, brother and sister), father and son (mother andson, father and daughter) and other teamwork entrepreneurship model.The results are as following:(1)Technology entrepreneurs have characteristics of youth, a high levelof education and rich professional knowledge. Many people have everworked in state-owned enterprises, research institutes and universities.(2)Technology entrepreneurs have relationship of family members.Entrepreneurial models are built on teamwork entrepreneurship model.
