As Yima is a small and medium-sized industrial city,the phenomenon of focus on the local industrial development but contemptagricultural development brings enormous and far-reaching effects. A momenton industrial development will make the city’s economy rapidly expanding inthe short term, the consequence problems need a long time to solve andimprove. Attention to industrial development but contempt agriculturaldevelopment make the agriculture development of Yima lags, then affect theindustry development by leaps and bounds.
