Evaluation Of Digital Urban Management In Small And Medium-Sized Urban Blocks

Digital city management is the latest application of database technology,geographic information technology,communication technology and computer technology in the rapidly urbanized China in the new era.Digital city management can optimize the allocation of administrative resources,reduce the risk of dealing with emergencies,and help the society develop continuously.After decades of development and practice,it has been proved that digital urban management has played a great role in resolving urban contradictions,improving urban administrative efficiency and strengthening supervision.However,anything always has two sides.Although digital city management has a strong vitality,its role in various real geographical environments will also be diverse due to different environments and factors.Therefore,how to properly use scientific methods and means to effectively analyze the specific practices of digitalization is an important issue to test the effectiveness of digital city management.This paper takes a block in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province as an empirical research object.Through the evaluation and analysis of its digital city management level,this paper explores the operation characteristics and effects of digital urban management mode in small and medium-sized city blocks,and summarizes the practice of digital city management in small and medium-sized city blocks.general law.This paper quantitatively evaluates the existing digital city management model through reasonable evaluation index system and scientific calculation.On this basis,we can think out advantages and disadvantages of digital city management itself.This paper also attempts to help readers grasp the development characteristics of computer technology and digital information technology in urban intelligent governance through in-depth analysis of digital urban management of Xinchengqiao Street in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,so as to find out the optimizing direction of digital urban management in the future.The research content of this paper includes the following five aspects.The first is to introduce the relevant experience and achievements of digital city management at home and abroad.The second is to introduce the related theories of digital governance and traditional urban management.The third is to construct a reasonable evaluation index based on the introduction of balanced scoring theory.The fourth is to use the gray correlation analysis method as the means to empirically calculate the target case,and then obtain a personalized analysis result.Fifthly,according to the analysis results of this paper,some specific suggestions are put forward for the digital city management mode of small and medium-sized city blocks.I hope to provide some reference for the practice of digital city management in China.
