Continuing operations as well as the cost of living is based on control of the business. The costs incurred in the production-oriented enterprises in the largest part of the procurement. Therefore, the procurement cost control is the key to prevent drying procurement funds will become a priority. By Qiqihar No.2Machine Tool Group’s research found that funds used to pay for purchases is often lack of state procurement funds often stop. Dunning led to dissatisfaction and suppliers, this phenomenon has seriously affected the procurement costs.
