Research On Profit Allocation In Telecom Supply Chain In The Case Of Terminal Customization

In Mobile Internet era, the terminal customization has become one of the most importantmeans of telecom operators to attract customers and carry out difference competition. In the caseof terminal customization, telecom operators and terminal manufacturers are the main subjects oftelecom supply chain, and the scientific and reasonable profit distribution plan will be directlyrelated to the establishment of strategic partnership and the stability.Firstly, the paper introduces the related content of terminal customization, discuss thefeasibility and necessity, summarizes the main mode, and through the comparison of thedifferent phases and characteristics between home and abroad, puts forward some strategicsuggestions for the development of terminal customization combined with the situation ofChina’s telecom market base. Secondly, in the case of a fixed demand, the paper sets up ageneral model of terminal customization supply chain profit distribution based on the Stackelberggame model, and puts forward a reasonable profit distribution scheme. On this base, the paperestablishes a model of profit distribution based on Chamberlain model, and finds that Chamberlainmodel is a better model of cooperation, and terminal manufacturers and operators should abandonthe imparity and form a true strategic alliance.In addition, take the charges subsidies into consideration, the paper analyses of the impactof sensitivity coefficients and subsidies to terminal manufacturers, operators and total profit. Theoptimal amount of charges subsidies, not only enables operators to expand the market, reduces thepressure, enhances profitability, but also increases profits of terminal manufacturers.Finally, based on an uncertain demand, considering effort level of both parties, the paperanalyses the case of integrated, competitive and cooperative, decentralized, and findsthat,in integrated supply chain, the ratio of the optimal effort level is equal to the ratio ofcorrelation coefficient, and in competitive and cooperative supply chain, the ratio is equal to threetimes. The profit distribution plan put forward can achieve the best profits. In the end, the paper putforward a new plan for the distribution, it makes a Pareto improvement by the internal transfer price,and eliminates the conflicts and contradictions between global and local.
