| Fukang is a normal city which has57kilometers from Urumqi.So many fators like the obviousgeographical advantages,rich natural resources and the development of emerging industries made the landoutput in Fukang’s become more and more important. At present, Fukang is in the stage of fastindustrialization and urbanization. Therefore, how to solve the land resource utilization withreasonable,scientific efficient ways, that directly affect the three aspects of land carrying economic, socialand ecological sustainable, healthy development.The investigation date and performance analysis is all based in Fukang area. With the land supply anddemand theory, land scarcity theory, sustainable development theory, the law of diminishing land returns asthe theory basis of this paper. It starts from the performance analysis of land resource utilization,andconstrurs the performance evaluation index system by collecting literature data and fieldinvestigation.Using SPSS19.0software, taking the proportion method, the variation coefficient method,TOPSIS model combines performance analysis to determine the level of performance evaluation of landuse land use economic, land use social benefit, the overall efficiency of the use of eco-efficiency of landuse and land, and analysis and evaluation of the results were.The results showed that: The overall performance changes of land resources utilization in Fukang aretending to intensive development.The level of land resources utilization is between low and medium degree.Meanwhile the land resources utilization in economic and ecological aspects are in a rising process.According to the investigation date and porformance analysis of this paper,we find the trend and thebottleneck problems of land resource utilization’s Change. And puts forward some proposals as thetheoretical basis of land resources utilization in Fukang. |
