Under the background of the contradictions of land and the rapid development of social economy, land use is an unprecedented hot spot. The comprehensive development of the region is inseparable from the great promotion of land use and social economic development. Therefore, the impact of regional land use change and socio-economic coordinated development is far greater than the impact of any isolated development of the two,and their coordinated development is the decisive factor to ensure regional sustainable development. This paper takes the Hanjiang River basin as the research area, uses the three remote sensing images of 2010,2014 and 2017,and uses the topographic map data to interpret the regional remote sensing image through supervised classification, draws the current land use map,and extracts the land use. After changing the information, the regional land use structure is analyzed, combined with GIS means and qualitative and quantitative integrated integrated methods and mathematical models, using land use dynamics, land use degree index and other models to carry out land use change in the Hanjiang River Basin during 2010-2017.After analysis, according to the land use situation and the completeness of data collection, the appropriate evaluation index is used to establish the index system of land use change and its socio-economic coordination development evaluation in Hanjiang River Basin. The land use change of Hanjiang River Basin is studied by using the entropy weight TOPSIS model. The socio-economic coordination development was evaluated and policy recommendations were put forward.research shows:(1)In 2010-2017,various land use types in the study area have undergone different changes. In general, the change in land use in the Hanjiang River Basin from 2010 to 2017 is characterized by an overall increase in land use for construction and water use.The reduction of unused land and grassland area in cultivated land and forest land is decreasing year by year.(2)In the third period of 2010-2017,the degree index describing the land use type of the Hanjiang River Basin and the consistency of land use structure in 2010-2017 showed an upward trend. The results show that since 2010,the rate of change in land use in the Han River Basin has been at a positive stage. It shows that the land use development potential in this area is large, and land use is generally in the development period, which is generally on the rise.(3)In the third period of 2010-2017,the variation of the magnitude and dynamics of various land use types in the Hanjiang River Basin showed that the reduction of cultivated land was the largest, and the forest land, grassland, unused land, and the reduction range were small. The increase or decrease keeps on the upward trend;among them, the area of land used for the decline of the area and the decrease of the area is mostly transferred to the construction land, indicating that the interest of the people in the study area is increased, the social economy is developing rapidly, and the part is not.The reason for the increase was the expansion of the reservoir area in the study area and the increase in the area of the aquaculture industry, indicating that the regional agricultural structure has developed towards a diversified structure.(4)In 2010-2017,with the development of social economy in the Hanjiang River Basin, the land use change and social economic coordination development in the Hanjiang River Basin showed a growing trend, and the land use change and the social and economic development of the Hanjiang River Basin showed positive changes in interaction. The use of change has played a positive role in promoting the social and economic development of the Han River Basin.
