| With the rapid development of economy in China, recently general public has elevated the requirement about how to make their own wealth constantly value-added.Meanwhile, dramatic change of science of technology enables the huge corresponding transition of financial trade channels. People are face with various transaction ways, and almost all commercial banks at home and abroad have adjusted gradually in terms of present economy situation and the future of commercial banks. Because of the fierce competition among banks, traditional bank service and marketing models cannot meet most customers’desire. The function of traditional physical site which is a basic business place where the bank clerks can communicate with customers face to face and explore customer’s information deeply has turned from transaction outlets to marketing and service outlets. Therefore, the business outlets of ICBC Shaanxi Branch has to follow the trend, then adjust and welcome an imminent change of outlets transition.The author started from the real situation of business outlets of ICBC Shaanxi Branch, pointed out the present reason in the outlets through a detailed research about present situation and problem, and provided a targeted plan. The author also put forward some support strategy for the smooth implement of outlets transition and eliminated all potential threat at the same time, applied a large quantity of research methods combined with relevant documents and similar successful transition cases at home and abroad. It had certain practical significance and value; at last, the author wishes the research will provide other outlets transfition in commercial bank with some suggestions. |
