| New product development process is the most important process in JC Company. And the process has very important influence on design quality, design cost and period of new product development. So it is necessary to improve the process. From the history of domatic and abroad business process revolution, business process improvement has smaller change than process rebuild. BPI is easier to complete. So this thesis chooses BPI as the method of new product development process improvement in JC Company.At first, to analysis the new product development current process in JC Company by process performance, process maturity assessment, benchmarking and ASME. Using all these methods can find out the main problems of new product development process in JC Company. Then, to modifying the core step of new product development process in JC Company by ESEIA. To modify the sign and review activity by improved the information system. The business process has five templates which are fit for different situation. Program manager decide choosing whichone is good for the certain program by actual program scope input. And to add eight assistant activities tha can help excuting the new process. The eight assistant activities are connecting by shared information system. It is can short the time of collecting information and reduce the cost of summarying information. During executing the assistant activities, it is can evaluate the new process and re-inprovement process.During the whole research process, the activities can prove the correct way of how to improve the business process and it can guide the next improvement activity. |
