Sustainable competitive advantage for a long time, is one of research hot topic inthe theoretical circle and the society, what on earth are sustainable competitiveadvantage through path construction, has been the focus of academic circles andentrepreneurs. The reason is that sustainable competitive advantage is necessary andsufficient conditions for the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on what kindof Angle of view to study the construction of a sustainable competitive advantage? Orthe construction of a sustainable competitive advantage by what specific factors? Sinceentering the21st century, globalization, rapid technological innovation, business modelhas been upset all herald environment in changing so fast, the construction of asustainable competitive advantage can’t only depend on the presence of core rigiditybased on the core competence of static perspective view, must seek new buildperspective.This paper, based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities, to the essence of theenterprise dynamic ability is the enterprise dynamic ability elements integration must befaced with the enterprise’s internal and external environmental changes always matcheach other, dynamic capability is the source of enterprises to obtain sustainablecompetitive advantage on the basis of related theory in-the organization of thedynamic capability elements evaluation ability, organizational learning ability,organizational change and organizational innovation ability on the basis of the analysisand evaluation, designs the affected by the index system of sustainable competitiveadvantage. To construct the dynamic capability of the sustainable competitiveadvantage of the relational model. To verify the model in this paper, the value of choiceimportant influence on automobile market development of China’s first automobilegroup co., LTD., changan automobile group stock co., LTD., Shanghai automotiveindustry corporation (four auto group and dongfeng automobile company as samplecase ability to observe dynamic factors affect its sustainable competitive advantage.This article first to China faw group, Shanghai automotive group, dongfeng motor,and China’s top four changan automotive group (2010-2012, dynamic capabilities andsustainable competitive advantage of grey correlation degree analysis and comparison,draw the faw group in2010-2012is one of the most sustainable competitive advantageof automotive group, and four automobile group, the main source of sustainablecompetitive advantage is innovation ability of dynamic capabilities. Then this paper chose the changan automobile group for typical sample, analyze its dynamic capabilitiesand during2002-2012grams of sustainable competitive advantage of grey correlationdegree analysis, through the longitudinal analysis found that in different stages ofchangan group, based on the dynamic capability is the main source of sustainablecompetitive advantage is innovation ability, and the sustainable competitive advantageis the strongest in2012. Finally based on the horizontal and vertical analysis, this paper,based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities for sustainable competitive advantageto build puts forward some Suggestions of reference for the enterprise.This paper studies the relation between dynamic capabilities and sustainablecompetitive advantage is the important point: four dynamic capability is the ability ofsustainable competitive advantage is not balanced, the influence of the automobileindustry, the innovation ability is the main source of sustainable competitive advantage,organizational learning ability, the ability to assess is necessary for sustainablecompetitive advantage, but not a sufficient condition, the ability to change the impact onthe sustainable competitive advantage the weakest, but four dynamic capability is theability of interaction is the main source of enterprise sustainable competitive advantage.
