The21st century is the era of development from entrepreneurial economic, competition between countries is mainly reflected in the ability and level of innovation and venture. In the entrepreneurial economy, entrepreneurial activities are extremely active, the emergence of all kinds of start-ups plays a particularly important role in the development of the national economy, the increase of employment capacity, and the technology innovation. However, with the rapid economic development, business is also facing fierce competition in the market, more new enterprises are facing many difficulties. Enterprise7s internal resources can not satisfy the needs of development, and the effective use of external resources is becoming a key factor that affecting the success of venture.Not only organizational learning is an important social resource that enterprises take participate in market competition, but also the source of enterprise to create wealth and competitive advantage. In the dynamic and complex market environment, entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning capacity has been organized as two important Strategic Orientations, the role of organizational learning in the business in the increasingly significant, Therefore, this paper hopes to reveal the relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, organizational learning organizational innovation performance, through the empirical study of the entrepreneurial activities.The author summarizes the relevant theories and research results, and establishes the theoretical model according to the entrepreneurial theory and learning organizational theory, and puts forward relevant hypothesis, designs the questionnaires, the author recycled lots of questionnaires from entrepreneurs. This paper using statistical analysis software SPSS20.0for235effective questionnaires to conduct the reliability and validity analysis, correlation and regression analysis, and finally draws the following conclusions.1. Entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning capacity can directly influence the organizational innovation performance.2.Entrepreneurial orientation will also directly effect on the organizational learning capacity.3.
