For a long time, Shanxi has made a great contribution and achieved brilliant expectations for China’s economic development. However, extensive growth of coal-based approach hasn’t boosted the economic development of Shanxi, but to make him carry a burden of ecological damage. Affected by the international economic situation, the price of coal seems "stumble endlessly" in a period of time, and his economic is stressed out because of the downturn. It has become a key issue of economic development of Shanxi that how to get rid of the resource-based economic dilemma of "coal-dominant". Enterprise, as market entity, plays an important role in the development of economic restructuring in Shanxi. Also, enterprise, as the most effective form of economic organization, is a powerful driving force of economic growth. The guiding role of the entrepreneur also receives more and more attention. Knowledge as a resource of entrepreneur to cultivate and enhance sustainable competitive advantage business, how to find a way to effectively enhance approaches and methods of organizational learning, is an important issue to be resolved by the entrepreneur. This paper attempts to analyze the specific situation of enterprises in Shanxi, the case study of organizational learning as an intermediary variables, how entrepreneurial Orientation affects Entrepreneurial Performane to come to conclusions, which can provide a reference for enterprises to enhance the vitality of Shanxi.In this paper, based on results of previous studies, the proposed theoretical assumptions is to make the organizational learning serve as mediating variables of entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. We obtain empirical data by distributing questionnaires to the mid-level leader of Shanxi enterprise who study for an MBA in Shanxi University. In total,240 questionnaires were distributed, and 210 questionnaires were recovered. The recovery rate was 87%, of which 186 questionnaires were valid, and the effective rate is 88%. We use SPSS software to recover and process the data, to validate the theoretical model and related assumptions.we proved the mediating role of organizational learning and got the following conclusions:1.Entrepreneurial orientation significantly affect performance. But in the analysis of the business performance of entrepreneurs oriented adventure dimension, its positive effect does not hold. Reflecting the surveyed business entrepreneurs lack the spirit of adventure, fostering entrepreneurial spirit of adventure, not only thirst for new knowledge and new technologies, but also found a keen sense of smell market opportunities.2. Organizational learning can promote on firm performance. However, exploratory learning and positive impact on corporate performance has not been verified. It reflects companies often pay attention to organizational learning the accumulation of knowledge, seeking to enterprise technology innovation and performance improvement of the way out from the spillover effects of knowledge. And to break the industry leader in technological monopoly and blockade, the need to cut the value chain, enhance learning through exploratory innovation capacity of enterprises to improve business performance.3. Entrepreneurial orientation will promote organizational learning. Adventure dimension positive impact on the use of learning does not hold, reflecting the adventurous entrepreneur relationship and exploratory learning is often more closely. But for businesses, we need to weigh the good allocation of resources and utilization of exploratory learning learning, handle the relationship between the two.4.Overall, organizational learning in relation Entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance, the mediating effect of organizational learning is established. Specifically, the use of learning does not exist intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business innovation dimension in performance. This paper argues that this conclusion does not reflect the use of learning to play the innovative thinking of entrepreneurs for transforming business performance. Therefore, attention to the use of the study, namely emphasis on the accumulation of knowledge, digestion and absorption, for enterprise technology innovation and performance improvement plays an important role.
