Today,we live in a time of great change and the world economy has shifted from a managed economy to an entrepreneurial one.With the change of economic situation,many uncertainties encourage enterprises to continuously improve their core competence through learning,integration and innovation,so as to gain continuous competitive advantage.Based on the reality of our country,entrepreneurship has been considered the key to explore the core competitive ability and to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage.To achieve the rapid development of the enterprise,the introduction of the entrepreneurial orientation strategy is particularly important.Entrepreneurial orientation is a kind of strategic posture,an entrepreneurial orientation characteristics of the enterprise,the enterprise strategy of which tends to innovation and change,and dare to bear the risk of innovation and change.In order to adapt to the rapid innovation and change,the enterprise must expand new ideas according to the existing experience and knowledge and apply it to the organization's future development and business activities,because the organization learning has an important role in the entrepreneurial activity.Entrepreneurial-oriented enterprises can promote the sharing and exchange of learning and internal information between different departments and highly entrepreneurial-oriented enterprises will enable employees to share and learn knowledge in a more open environment,and achieve continuous competitive advantage and high enterprise performance.Therefore,this paper studies the role of entrepreneurial orientation in corporate performance and the mediating role of organizational learning.In this paper,we firstly review and summarize the literature related to organization learning and corporate performance about entrepreneurial orientation,and on the basis of this we put forward the research framework of this article and the research hypothesis,namely the entrepreneurial orientation has an effect on business performance.In this paper,we analyze the relationship between variables,measure three dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation from the innovative,proactive,risk bearing through literature,and measure the learning of organization from learning commitment,shared vision and open mind,to measure the enterprise performance with financial performance and growth performance.Data analysis was conducted through SPSS 24.0 and Amos17.0.Conclusion: firstly,there is a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise performance,and the hypothesis about three dimensions: innovation,initiative and risk assumption of entrepreneurial orientation is valid;Secondly,the three dimensions of learning commitment,Shared vision and open mind are positively affecting enterprise performance;Thirdly,it verifies the role of entrepreneurial orientation in organizational learning;Finally,organizational learning can effectively promote the change process of entrepreneurial orientation strategy to enterprise performance growth.In this paper,the research can help improve the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation,organizational learning and the corporate performance,and it has significance for strategic enterprise to realize entrepreneurial orientation organizational learning and performance improvement,to make them pay more attention to their own entrepreneurial orientation for its strategy and organization learning.
