Research Of The Project Quality Management On ERP System Of Beijing Shougang Xinganglian Company

China as a big power of steel production, steel production capacity is increase sharply. In addition the economy is in the decline to the world and the China. As the result the steel demand is shrinking. The steel trade companies as the bridge between the steel mills and the steel users, the operation of the company is facing many difficulties. And the competition is becoming more and more fiercely. In China there are about20,000steel trade companies, Shougang Xingang Lian (SXGL)as one of these companies is facing same difficulties. In this environment SXGL is facing how to improve its competitiveness and keeping development to get the profit. After carful consideration, the SXGL decided to take ERP establish to improve management efficiency and to enhance its competitiveness. But many information technology projects have failed in China these years. How to ensure the ERP projects successful is a big problem need to be solved by SXGL. At last SXGL decided use projects quality management theory in the ERP construction project.The main research works of the thesis are as follows:(1) Summarized the domestic steel industry development, and take the detailed information about the research situation of the project quality management. Introduced the ISO9000standard, total quality management theory and other related theories and method of project quality management.(2) Introduced the basic situation, operation situation, organization structure etc of the SXGL, and described the necessity of establish ERP system and the important to use project quality management theory tools in the ERP system construction.(3) Elaborating how to use the relevant theories and methods to take quality control on the ERP system works in accordance with the SXGL ERP project construction sequence. Including project initiation process in quality management, project quality management, project testing and acceptance quality management combined with the actual situation were analyzed and summarized. Detailed summarized the practical application of the quality management methods in important aspects of the purchasing, training and data control involved in the ERP project.
