With the globalization of the world economy, the supply chain network becomes more and more extensive. It includes more node enterprises and the relationship of them becomes more and more complex. The risk events happen frequently these years, such as natural disasters, human factors, fluctuation of economy and politics and so on. Due to these events, the supply chain faces the disruption risks. The complexity and dependency of supply chain network members make is one of the factors, which make the supply chain vulnerable while facing the disruption events. If one of the nodes encounter the disruption, the whole network will be influenced. Therefore, the whole network will out of its track of normal performance.There are much disruption events like this. For example, terrorist attack, fire disaster of Ericsson’s suppliers, Snow Disasters and earthquake in China and Japan. All these disruption risks result in the break-off of supply chain network. Therefore, we should take the disruption into consider while designing the supply chain network ad choosing the operation strategy. The purpose is to make the network can bounce onto its normal performance after the disruption, which is very important to practice.Based on the research of related literatures, this paper will study the design of resilient supply network under disruption risk. The main tasks are as follows:(1) Introduce the background of this paper, and brief the study’s purpose and significance. Then we make a review of the literatures on supply chain failure and introduce the achievement and limitations in this field.(2) State the theoretical frame of resilient supply chain. It includes the definition of resilience and vulnerability and the relationship between them. It also tells us the principle of inbounding the resilience into the supply chain.(3) Model and optimize the resilient supply chain. This part is hardcore of this paper. The selection of supplier and distribution is considered as the strategy. Meanwhile, procurement of each supplier and the distribution quantity will be decided in the tactical level.(4) Model and optimize of the integrated system of procurement and stock strategy. Based on the research of the third part, we will combine the agility and inventory strategy. The purpose of the model is find the optimal suppliers, distribution allocation and task assignment. In a word, it is to build the resilient supply chain network under disruption.(5)Based on the content, this paper will at last include the achievement of this paper and find the new field that should prod into.
