Due to natural disasters, human factors and political and economic fluctuations and other factors, the supply chain is often faced with the risk of disruption. Supply chain nodes are often vulnerable to various disruptions. The disruptions which occur at any node or link of supply network affect rapidly all companies in the web, and then, influence the normal operations of the whole network. Therefore, it has important value and significance to research on how to make supply network possess the ability of rapid recovery from disruption to normal operations.Based on the present research, this paper is aimed to analyze resilient supply chain network design under disruption risks. The research is rooted in a supplier-manufacturer-distributor-retailer four-echelon supply system, the supplier provides raw materials to manufacturers, the manufacturer produces products using raw materials and provides products to distributors, the distributor provides products to retailers, the retailer sells the product. In this basic supply chain system, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors may disrupt at any time.There are five sections in the paper. The central contents and main outcomes are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, describes research background and significance, reviews the present research and gives the logical thinking, basic research content and structure of the framework of the full text.The second chapter reviews the relevant theory from six levels:supply chain, supply chain management, supply chain risk, supply chain risk management, supply chain resilience and supply chain network design.The third chapter researches supply chain network optimization design problem, where the supplier and distributor is vulnerable to disruptions,develops a resilient supply chain network model under the supplier and distributor disruption risks.The fourth chapter further researches supply-chain network optimization design problem under the supplier, manufacturer and distributor disruption risks with considering quantity discounts, develops the corresponding resilient supply chain network model.The last chapter is the conclusion and future prospect. The chapter summarizes the main views and indicates the defects as well as advices and expectations of future work.
