A Study On Mechanism For Enhancing The Supply Chain Resilience Based On Evolutionary Game Theory

With the acceleration of global economic integration, and personalization of consumer demand, enterprises have to change strategies and logistics model to meet market demands. All of this affects corporates' R&D, procurement, production, sales and other operations process. Supply chains become longer and more complex. Meanwhile, the frequency of supply chain disruption and the loss caused by disruption are increasing. The fundamental way to solve the supply chain disruption is to improve the supply chain resilience, which is the capability for supply chain to respond to emergencies, interruption and restore to expected operation level. How to improve supply chain resilience by specific methods and coordination mechanism is still a serious problem in the business community and academia in China. It is in this background that this thesis does some research on the coordination mechanism of supply chain to enhance the resilience based on the evolutionary game.First of all, this thesis focuses on analyzing the research results in supply chain resilience field. Due to the phenomenon that the existing qualitative researches of the methods for enhancing the supply chain resilience are almost some guidelines and recommendations, rarely systematic improvement methodologies and specific implementation measures. After extensive literature reading, we put forward systematic improvement methodologies to enhance the resilience of the supply chain by sorting out and summarizing relevant research theory. Then we take the vendor group and manufacturer group as the research object to build an evolutionary game model of resilience investment of Supply chain members. We analyze the ESS of this model and the feature of investment behaviors of suppliers group and manufactures group when contribution of resilience is changing. On this basis, we put forward that the core company of supply chain should play a leading role in establishing the enterprise alliance, coordinate the investment behaviors of supply chain members to make them all invest for resilience positively, in this way the resilience of the whole supply chain can be improved.
