This dissertation is based on a simulative system of company practice which is Man-agement Game(MG) developed by Carnegie Mellon University for MBA teaching. This pro-ject is popular with its comprehensive ability of students training and unique experience in Europe, America, Japan and other countries of Business Administration College and major companies. It was introduced into the MBA curriculum system or for staff training. With modern computer network technology development, Carnegie Mellon University promoted Management Game into a worldwide participates in the management education curriculum.There are more than twenty teams in2011’s MG course and competition occur between each teams. Team members have to collect data and formulate strategy in every business pe-riod. Then decision data will be delivered at Carnegie Mellon University Management Game interactive computer simulation system to simulate the operation result. The computer simula-tion system output business report at the end of each period. The course will continue12times. All of business reports are operating performance of company.The DUX which is an international watch making and sale company is managed by six executives. Its hit products are Miraculum series and Moda series. My duty is COO(Chief Operations Officer) and in charge of the R&D, production of Miraculum series products.This dissertation have made a comprehensive analysis to the practice of Miraculum pro-duction strategy during2011~2013based on MG environment. From those analyses, I have discussed the application of simulation practice during production operation of companies nowadays. At first the background, purpose and method of this research was stated also in-clude some production management theory based on which the formulation and choose proc-ess of production strategy in Miraculum series was made. The issues and difficulties during the implement of strategy were also mentioned. Finally this dissertation made a conclusion of the production management during past three years and my feelings and experience during this course.
