Lean production is a modern management mode, originated from Toyota. After years of improvement,it has become a scientific and rational production management system. It has been subject to double-profile academic and business community. Now manufacturing enterprises is still an important part of our business, and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting national economic development. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, Lean regarded as an appropriate choice.In this paper, Guangdong Leshan Machinery Co., Ltd. is the actual case to implement lean manufacturing projects for the study, a comprehensive analysis of the specific application of lean production management in manufacturing enterprises, according to China's national conditions and the actual business, increase in lean production management application in "Lean remuneration" with the reform program.In this paper, theauthor first reviews the theory of lean production, and thenbriefly introduce the contents and methods of thatbook,after that, he describes the basic situation and history development of the Leshan Company,at last, the author analysis of the situation in its present production before the reform,andthen identify the problemand sift the reason. Based on these issues, through comparative analysis of the macro business environment, the company realized the necessity to implement lean production and the urgency of reform, At last, the article details the processes and content of implementation of lean manufacturing,finally analyzes of the effect of the implementation of lean production and draw conclusions.Through detailed research on Toyota's lean production practices, we also learn from the experience of other business models of lean production, combined with the actual situation in Leshan machinery, the company made theimplementation of lean production reforms mainly from the flat management model, stimulating the production change, fast switching,information management, performance and reward management.Companies from the production line start to point, and to question the company's entire daily operations to analyze,to find the reason and to develop step by step reform program, according to the tact to develop all of the production plan, proposed improvement measures and follow-up inspection reformeffect, promptly correct the deviation to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production.Lean manufacturing has a significant effect, the company's production of accurate delivery rate increases from 46% to 91% now, and the production costs decrease by 7%,also the wages for staffs achieve the improvement for the increase rate for 16% improvement in the company.Moreover, the employee turnover rate maintains at less than 3%.Lean production has now entered the normalization, related departments control the lean manufacturing analysis tools completely, various departments and employeesmake reasonable suggestions to the company through the way of "proposal". The company has been able to process information and set goalstimely and accurately.We plan to ensure the successful completion of each project. Although this year the overall market environment is relatively poor, but we still achieved the growth of about 10 percent, all this is brought by lean production.The company's future will further the concept of lean production to achieve perfection, continuing to explore how to consolidate the effect of lean production and the lean production continues to advance to a higher level.
