The lean production theory is oriented from the workshop of TOYOTA. At the beginning, it is just a series of method instead of systematic theory. In 1990, at the first time this method is named'lean production' in the book of 'The Machine That Changed the World', which is written by Daniel Roos. After that, the Lean tools and new theory is great developed with the study and practiced by academia and company, spread all over the world with the success of TOYOTA.Currently, the importance of lean production is no doubt be accepted by all manufacturing company. Besides, there are many lean tools, like 6S, VSM, Stand Work, Quick Change Over, TPM, Pull System, One Piece Flow, Unit Cell, Error Proof, Visual Control and Kaizen, are implemented in many company. However, there are still some practice obstacles or efficiency issue happened in many company when they promote the lean programs.After study of related documents, this article is try to integrate the lean tools, lean management and goal orientation theory, and build an efficient lean implementation method for E company. It will also be included an lean assess method to support the lean tools & process to identify the gap and OFI, which is very important for the self-drive improvement of lean system, and support business goal to be achieved.There are 6 charters in this article. First one is to introduce the background, content and study method. Second is to summarize the documents, include the principle of lean production, lean tools, management framework, and the key factors of lean production implementation. The third charter is the demand analysis for E company based on the goal and current operation status. In the charter 4, we build the implement scheme of lean production for E company, based on the analysis of goal vs current status, and the related lean tools. Charter 5 is the detail of lean production implementation and control. The last one is summary and prospect.
