First of all, this paper introduces the significance, background of domestic and international subject selecting trends of performance appraisal studying, and the contents and fashion of study. Then based on the performance designing, analyzing the present condition of A Heating supply company results to investigate, pointing out the analysis still needs perfect; it is the main basis for performance. It discusses how to Carry on work’s analysis and explain job manual to set up by example:clarify how to establish performance evaluation system according to the actual circumstance of business enterprise. At the foundation of completing company’s decided target, performance evaluation system carries on a design to the results according to the certain step. A heating supply company selects the performance method firstly. Conduct an actual circumstance according to the production of company present stage, the performance which adopts to take KPI(Key Performance Indicators)as core evaluation method; then how to carry on the design that the performance evaluation index. It needs make sure the company’s KPI class firstly, the department KPI class gradually, and then personal KPI, combining job manual to get personal performance evaluation in design finally. Work accomplishment part adopt KPI, with the quantity turn design for the lord, work attitude and work ability regard description index sign as principle. Immediately after evaluation standard establishment, index sign settle and the performance evaluation form, cycle, method and Process’s design to carry on treatise.After adopts to take KPI (Key Performance Indicators) as core evaluation method, selected performance indexes should be evaluated with three-dimensional comprehensive evaluation way. The can evaluate performance indexes of heating company scientifically dynamically, which is a comprehensive evaluation system with reason. This way make evaluation results more comparable and intuitive. Evaluation process by this way is characterized by the combination of subjective and objective information so that evaluation results have credibility and the use of example so that this way can be used easily and circulated convenient.
