Research On Credit Management System Based On Comprehensive Risk Management In SA Company

Under current market economy system in our country, to enhance competitiveness and expend market share, the enterprises often choose credit to complete sales task and achieve the objectives of the business. However, the credit sales not only bring the development opportunities but also the risk of the debt receivable. Therefore, the management of credit sales process has great significance to reduce the overall risk of the enterprise.This paper starts from the related theory of risk management and credit management. By reviewing the evolution of risk management, found in the credit management of related theory, the main concern of scholars is mainly how to set up perfect credit management system. So this article chooses SA which is a foreign capital enterprise to analysis these problems. On the basis of theory, this paper has analyzed the company’s risk control and credit sales problems. The conclusion is that the problems mainly exist in three aspects:credit policy, organizational structure and risk management process. Aiming at solve the problems, this paper put forward the improvement measures to reduce the overall risk of the enterprise which based on the comprehensive risk management and improve the management level.
