Work Values Of Young Employees In Security Company

Work values, also known as occupation values, are the values embodied in the work and the beliefs and attitudes towards work,or a kind of value orientation manifested in the work. It is a value preferences conceived by an individual to the work and work-related organizations, and is also a stable psychological system where a person conducts the judgement on work behavior, operation mode, and work product.This study adopts questionnaires survey and selects the young employees from six securities business department of four securities agencies as samples. We handed out160questionnaires, and overall151valid questionnaires were recovered. We analyzed the data obtained in the survey, which showed the work values in the current young employees of the securities industry and the work status of young employees of securities agencies. It threw light on the securities agencies to create a suitable corporate culture for young employees and to develop the scientific and efficient management system.
