The new generation of employees generally defined in China pointed out that the employees born in the 1980s,and Chinese scholars focused on the research of work values and turnover intention based on the post-80s in the previous years.But with the employees entering the workplace after the 1990s,and playing an increasingly important role,at the same time,their high turnover rate has been a major challenge for all units.Based on the existing research,on the one hand,this paper enriches the scope of the new generation of employees,and defines the new generation of employees as 85 years old;On the other hand,explore and enrich the intermediary effect of harmonious working atmosphere and fair treatment of individual work achievements on the impact of work values on turnover intention.This paper first uses the method of literature analysis for theoretical analysis and research,summarizes the previous research results of relevant scholars,and summarizes them.Then we use the method of questionnaire survey.After obtaining the first-hand data,we conduct empirical test and analysis.First of all,the relevant theories and empirical research on work values and turnover intention are sorted out,and the work values scale of the new generation of employees is enriched on the basis of the existing research,and the research model is put forward tentatively.Secondly,the author expanded the types of units,not only limited to the study of enterprise type units,taking the work of the new generation of employees as the survey object,and conducted a questionnaire survey on their work values and turnover intention.According to the survey data,SPSS 19.0 was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,followed by the reliability and validity test of the correlation scale,and finally correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis proposed in this paper,so the conclusions of the study are as follows.(1)Through the relevant analysis,it shows that the new generation of employees' work values will have a corresponding impact on their turnover intention,specifically,the higher the work values,the more satisfied they are,the lower the corresponding turnover intention,and vice versa.That is to say,work values have a negative correlation with turnover intention.Regression analysis shows that values can predict turnover intention.(2)The work values of the new generation of employees are mainly composed of material return,future growth,working conditions and self realization.Several dimensions will affect turnover intention,but the degree of these influences are different.(3)Regression analysis shows that the dimension of fair treatment of personal achievements plays an intermediary role in the process of the new generation of employees' work values on turnover intention,while the influence of harmounious team atmosphere on work values on turnover intention is not significant,so there is no intermediary role.Finally,the relationship between the work values and turnover intention of the new generation of employees is clarified.This paper holds that enterprises should pay attention to the work values of employees,let values into the daily operation and management of the unit,and provide a harmonious working environment for employees to continuously improve the satisfaction of employees' work values,so as to better manage turnover behavior.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the intermediary role played by the fair treatment of individual work results,and pay attention to the fair distribution of individual work results in the process of unit management.
