With the rapid development of social civilization,social requirement have been initiated accordingly.In response to this increasing change and meet all kinds requirement. Prompt the world economy construction and build globe united market have become the most important issue that need to be resolved currently. The key to solve this problem was establish an advanced supply chain operation system, which take the all world economy as a united super market, regardless of the distict country, and split it with customer retailer, manufacturer and supplier.Currently both Automotive, Aircraft industry, electronic Industry and machinery manufacturing industry ect are seeking to establish their own global supply chain system, focusing on global industrial distribution and capture their global market.HuaWei was a company which make automotive components with over20years history.It has become Tier1supplier to GM Motor since2102,its business strategy, supply chain operation model has changed dramatically, overseas business from3%increased to43%in6months and domestic business has dropped from97%to57%.Prior to this suddenly significant change, they didn’t get enough communication and prepare for this, which cause a catastrophe for supply chain operation, especially in product delivery and material control field,one side was delivery delay and the other side was the constantly increasing for raw material in our warehouse(especially the WIP)and the material delivery issue form our supplier,all of these problem lead to the supply chain can’t operate successfully. Firstly, from the sales to supply chain team were not familiar with GM global management system; secondly, integrated planning and management synergy for supply chain hasn’t be resolved yet.This article was aim at analyzing this case model, taking SWOT(Superiority, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis and MMOG/LE(Materials Management Operations Guideline/Logistics Evaluation) to evaluate their own business, combine the Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR-),quick response theory and Electronic Data Interchange(EDI), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information system, employ PDCA (Pla、Do、Check、Action) management tool, draw lesson from FAURECIA operation management model and take advantage of the way SGM handling exception strategy to improve Huawei supply chain system include delivery material control issue.
