With the rapid development of China’s economy, the right choice of marketing strategy plays a more and more important role in the industry competition. While the current increasingly fierce competition in the market and the market increasingly saturated, the proportion of income from the group clients market increase, retain existing personal mobile phone users and open group customer market become the direction of the future development. This paper selects China mobile group Liaoning company Dalian branch as the research object, mainly discusses the marketing strategy of the company’s Virtual Private Mobile Network. The Virtual Private Mobile Network doesn’t only keep personal mobile phone users, but also explore more Group information demand in-house as an entry point. But the extension of Virtual Private Mobile Network of CMCC is also suffering the shocks from inside and outside. How to solve these problems will be a major breakthrough of Virtual Private Mobile Network of CMCC. Therefore, based on the comprehensive analysis of the above questions, using the marketing management theory, puts forward the new solutions.The paper has five parts:the first part is Introduction that introduces Dalian mobile company’s basic situation and the problems occurring the development of Virtual Private Mobile Network; the second part analyses the marketing environment of Virtual Private Mobile Network; Tin the third part, we implement market segmentation, marketing targeting and market positioning; The fourth part, we put forward the marketing mix strategy (product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy); in the end, we conclude the whole article.In this paper, through systematically comb the marketing problems of China mobile group Liaoning company Dalian branch in Virtual Private Mobile Network and carry on scientific analysis, we put forward the feasible solutions for the company’s future development. Thus, increasing CMCC’s competitiveness of Virtual Private Mobile Network in the increasingly fierce competition environment. At the same time, we take improving the company’s operating mechanism as an opportunity to strengthen the enterprise standardization construction and establish a good corporate image, continue to become the leader of the era of Virtual Private Mobile Network. Therefore, there are certain guidances and practical significances for the further development of CMCC’s Virtual Private Mobile Network.
