With the development of social and economic progress, enterprises face increasingly complex business environment, and especially in recent years our country economy has gradually been integrated into the world; faced with a wider range of competition, to improve the efficiency of management, modem enterprise informationized construction is particularly important, and in terms of enterprises, informationized level of entrepreneurial management, production, management and decision can be significantly improved by introducing informationized methods.However, when promoting informatization construction, enterprises will face some inevitable problems, which include distinct cognitive degree of information technology for personnels, alteration of the original business process and organization structure in the process of informative technology application, failure to follow up with technical support in the process of informative technology application, and failure to optimize informative construction supporting along with enterprise’s development, which all would be detrimental to the enterprise management.On the basis of grasping relevant theories on the entrepreneurial information construction, and proceeding with analysis of problems encountered by C bank in promoting enterprise electronic banking service to A enterprise through case study method, this paper has conducted in-depth analysis and research of the present problems in the work, and has summed up the reasons for the resistance encountered in the service promotion, which include several factors, such as personnel, organizational structure and business processes, technical support and so on. From the perspective of construction and implementation of entrepreneurial informatization, based on better marketing scheme and more accurate entrepreneurial information demand analysis, optimized schemes of information construction suitable for A enterprise can be proposed, combined with present situation of both entrepreneurial electronic banking service provided by C bank and A enterprise; these optimized scheme can solve problems encountered in C bank’s efforts to promote electronic banking services for A enterprise so as to elevate the management efficiency, and meanwhile enhance cooperation between the long-term cooperation between bank and enterprise to achieve a win-win situation.
