Only by forming modern logistics system (MLS) with other enterprises, can any enterprise gain the initiative right from competition after China acceding into WTO, this standpoint already obtaining the academic circles with business enterprise field. Logistics system management (LSM) is inevitable trend of enterprise management development, and our country enterprises adopt the modern logistics system management increase market competition ability.This dissertation mainly concern about: analyzing the limitation of the traditional commerce, point out the factor of the clog in the information area, and put forward a basic frame of modern logistics management system. Investigating the technology of logistics management base on the electronic commerce and supply link, adopting line plan and genetic algorithm to optimize some part of modern logistics system.
