In2008, affected by financial crisis, the sustained growth of10years of the real estate market took a growth cycle, began to adjust the channel, the real estate market downturn, prices fell, trading volume shrinking, the real estate market has entered a period of adjustment. In an increasingly competitive real estate market today, particularly in the real estate tightening macroeconomic regulation and control, and the trend of world economic fluctuations, the simple marketing technology has been unable to become a project or a real estate enterprise long-term differences of personality. Therefore, how to seize the market opportunities, firstly insight into changes in the market trend, the construction of differentiated products, innovative marketing mode, become the magic weapon of real estate enterprises. In this paper, the No.2office projects of Great Wangjing was carried out in-depth research, through to the competition area, the competition of the products of investigation, using marketing theory tool for scientific analysis of the project, the final formulation suitable for the project marketing combination strategy. In this paper, in order to find out the No.2office project of Great Wangjing’s advantages and disadvantages, on base of the SWOT analysis, the project area environment are analyzed in detail. Through the investigation on the surrounding of the project, found the suitable target market for the project, and positioned the project market, and then reach the ultimate objective, achieve the marketing strategy of No.2office project of Great Wangjing. Successfully draw up a comprehensive and effective marketing strategy combination, and provide a strategic guidance to ensure that the project occupy the market.
