With China’s fast development of economic, people’s living standards have beenimproving. As the provider of necessary commodities,retail enterprises are alsodeveloping enormously. But the development of retail enterprises in China have notlasted long. After all, our operating varieties, quality of service, business philosophyand management models are still having a big gap between international top retailenterprises. In recent years, with the economy depression, retail stores’ situationbecomes even more embarrasing. There are department within the company, also hasthe reason of the external environment. Especially in recent years, channels such asother retails and electronic commerce has a great influence on the departmentstore.Taking A company as the research object, with a grasp of basic marketingtheories,strategic theories and a collection of a large amount of references, I analysesand verified the copmany’s real situation carefully and puts forward severalsuggestions in order to expand the marketing channels of A company. Making surethat they can get a maximum profit in the following fierce competetions.Through theabove analysis,it points out that Grocery retailing in China is still in the phase ofmature. In view of the situation of three countermeasures in A department store, thisarticle put forward some opinions and suggests of author.
