With the rapid development of biological medicine industry, it’s brought many opportunities to the medical profession, and benefit of human being. At present, China’s pharmaceutical market has become the world’s second largest marke, and change the medical market in gradually. Biological medicine industry is the focus of the12th five-year plan to support industry in China, Under this new opportunity and our country’s strong support, our biological medicine industry will be development sharply. A biological pharmaceutical co., LTD. As a company with development history for ten years, we are in face of such complicated external environment. So, it has important significance to formulate the development strategy of science.We have excelly development foundation, after years of development. But In the process of biological medicine industry sharply development, our company Perfect the management structure, promote the construction of system, improving marketing, research and development, production capacity in continually to adapt to the rapid expansion of business scale. So in this paper,we are using the theory of strategic management and combining with the industry development background and development of A company to formulate the development strategy. This article is divided into five parts. The First Part:Introduced the selected topic background, summarized situation of biological medicine industry presently. Carding enterprise strategic management research progress. And point out the research content, research method and technical route. The Second Part:expounds the external development environment of A company. Respectively analyzed macro development environment from A company from the macro policy environment, macro economic environment, social environment, science and technology progress, analysis the competition environment of A company from the aspects of international environment and domestic industry environment,analyze the competition framework through the "five power" model. The Third Part:analyzes the internal development environment of A company from company profile, product range and marketing characteristics, product research and develbpment, human resource management, enterprise culture construction. The Fourth Part:Point out SWOT analysis matrix, and make the company A strategic target and strategy under foundation of business opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages analysis. The Fifth Part:Point out Strategy implementation measures under Market development, research and development of science and technology promotion, the financing management, human resources development, organizational structure optimization, cultivating enterprise culture. Through the study of this article, constructing the strategic development of A company in System scientifically, provide theoretical guidance for the future development for A company.
