Strategic is a serious of actions of dynamic intergration to develop competition and advantage of a company. It is beneficial to optimize a company's resources, to improve its management mode, to increase its risk control ability and adaptability to changes in the market, and in the end to enhance its competitiveness.ZKY is a limited liability company changed from CAS in 2002. After 5 years' development, it is subject to bottlenecks. They are mainly reflected in the following aspects. Firstly, most products of ZKY company are non-standard R&D equipments, of which there is a little demand, small scale, high technology requirement and comparatively low scale benefit. This is internal problems. At the same time, competitors coming from home and abroad are getting more and more, which creates increasingly fierce external competition environment. Therefore the most urgent affair for ZKY company is to establish its development direction and decide its product positioning so that try to evade risks and present its own competition advantages, which will provide guarantee for ZKY company's sustainable development.In this article deep analysis on future development of ZKY company is made, and existing problem of development bottlenecks is pointed out. In the discussion, strategic management theory is adopted to analyze the opportunities and threats concerning external environment; while through SWOT analysis, the strength and weakness are identified in respect of internal environment. In the end, a conclusion is got that while improving and enhancing its competitiveness on vacuum products, ZKY company should actively develop diversified operation strategy. At the same time, five-year strategic target and phrased planning should be made out. In addition practical measures like organization reform, human resource introduction, financing, strengthen marketing and enterprise culture reestablishment should be taken. In this way to guarantee the general development strategy will play an active role on company's future development and to realize its sustainable development.
