Because of its ability to achieve the purpose of financing money and equipments, also to help companies making an inventory of fixed assets, or provide upgraded equipments, it is popular with companies. G financial leasing company as a representative of an independent company, achieved great development from2011to2013, especially on business scale and profitability. Although developed well, with the deterioration of the economic situation, the financial leasing industry also exposed a lot of risk, from credit risk, operating risk to marketing risk, liquidity risk, financial leasing industry brought together almost all finance-related risks. Because of the limited level of risk management, G financial leasing company ignored the potential risk factors during operating projects which lead to a large number of overdue projects that brought their own business an enormous negative impact.This paper based on the actual situation of G financial leasing company and combined qualitative and quantitative analysis, using the Delphi and AHP to prioritize risk management programs and then sorted them, eventually made the decision to improve the investigation in earlier stage firstly, and provided some suggestions to show how to improve it.3A system is the innovative concept in this paper. Through analyzing and decision-making, we strived to not only help G financial leasing company to improve risk management system, but also hoped to give importance to other financial leasing companies’risk management.
