The Study On Spare Parts Purchasing Management Improvement Of CNGPC

Electricity industry, which is not only the fundamental of national economy, but also acts as the public utility concerning people’s livelihood, plays an important role in providing a huge support for the development of domestic economy. The non-storable electricity should be produced, transmitted and consumed at a time, the feature of which determines the importance of a timely and reliable supply of spare parts for maintenance in power generation enterprises. In contrast with thermal power station, the system equipment of nuclear power station is higher, more precise and sharp, and the early stage of the construction costs more. To achieve a good economy benefit, it is necessary for the nuclear power station to enhance the availability rate of the machine set on the premise of ensuring the nuclear safety, which hence asks for a higher demand on a timely, reliable and stable supply of spare parts.At first, this thesis puts forward the topic selection background, aim and significance of the investigation as well as research thinking and approaches. Then both the development of the nuclear power industry at home and abroad and the general profile of China General Nuclear Power Group are reviewed, with the feature of supply of spare parts in electric power enterprises being introduced. Subsequently with the purchasing management of spare parts in China General Nuclear Power Group and its subordinate nuclear power enterprises as object of study, and on the basis of summarizing the past managerial experience and deficiencies in purchasing management of spare parts for Daya Bay and LingAo Phase I’s four nuclear power plants, the thesis seeks for the existing problem that isolates the purchasing management of spare parts for nuclear power plants. Then, the relevant theory on procurement plan, inventory management and supply chain management is introduced, in virtue of which the present issue is analyzed in depth. Eventually, in combination with the practical situation of the enterprise, the thesis explores the way to solve the problem, and develop the feasible scheme to solve the problem, including to implement a unified plan for purchasing of spare parts, carry out a joint reserve of spare parts for multiple power stations, and optimize the purchasing system of spare parts to accomplish joint purchasing. On the basis of the concrete measures aforementioned, the idea of establishing the platform for purchasing of spare parts is proposed. In the conclusion section, the application effect of the research findings of the dissertation thesis is prospected, and the possible direction of further study is suggested.
