Ganzhou Regional Logistics Planningand Design Of Integrated Information Platform

In the development of current logistics, Ganzhou possesses obvious advantages oflocation, geography, resources, transportation and industry. With the introduction of "SeveralOpinions of the State Council on support, such as the Central Soviet Area Gannanrevitalization and development," Ganzhou ushered in the golden period of the development ofmodern logistics industry. Ganzhou is currently in a situation where modern logisticsindustry is undeveloped, logistics information system is not formed, and the planning anddesign of logistics information platform is also in its infancy. However, it is just because ofthe abundant natural resources and strategic importance in Ganzhou area that satisfy thepractical needs for the integrated logistics information platform. This paper proposes planningand design solutions of Regional Integrated Logistics Information Platform which are basedon the regional logistics development and logistics information analysis.In the part of planning, this paper applies theoretical knowledge of the logicalframework to analyze the interests of the main demands of the information involved in theplatform, which points out the direction of the function of information platform. Throughresearch, analysis and comparison, this paper respectively expounds the function of themarket and the government in building regional integrated logistics information platform, andputs forward building thought of regional logistics information platform throughmarket-leading and government-guiding, which eventually form the Ganzhou regionallogistics planning and design of integrated information platform.In the part of functional design, the writer found that most of the current research inthe functional design aspects of regional logistics information platform is simple and modularthrough literature reading and researching. Few correlate and integrate the functional designand requirements with the main regional logistics information platform participating in theperspective of the subject. Therefore, the paper presents the main logistics informationplatform for the object involved in the functional requirements of the design and designs thefunctional structure of Ganzhou regional logistics planning and design of integratedinformation platform.In the part of evaluation, this paper uses the theoretical framework of the balancedscorecard system to evaluate the design for the effects of information platform on the basis ofreference to existing research on the theory and the binding characteristics of logistics information platform. In the process of the specific evaluation index system, the paper designsspecific evaluation by deductive process from four perspectives of the balanced scorecardstart. This paper studies the final evaluation index system mainly on account of the operatingresults of the evaluation platform which is best for the planning and design aspects of theverification rationality, and this provides a theoretical reference for Ganzhou comprehensiveinformation platform for regional logistics planning goals and the consistency of actualoperating results.
