Aero engine has complex structure, diverse parts and extremely high quality andreliability requirement, and its raw materials, parts quality and procurement costs w illdirectly affect the performance and cost of the engine.We are aimed at the existing problems of application status in the purchasing andsupply of the Enterprise Resource Planning (Referred to as the ERP) system of anaeroengine enterprise. Then based on the data that ERP system provides, we use avariety of IE methods to do a detailed analysis about the inventory, so as to determinethe largest key material inventory. The material classification method and inventorycontrol is used to improve the enterprise procurement the supply of several aspects.Based on the enterprise supply chain environment, we construct a strategic supplierevaluation system and procurement performance evaluation system, and carry out andevaluate it.The main research work is as follows:(1) We briefly introduce the purchasing and supplying system of the enterpriseand the present application of ERP in the system, and analyze existing problems of thesystem and improve it.(2) Based on the inventory data material ERP system in enterprise and theoriginal material classification method, we use the arrangement graph, pie chart, linegraph and hierarchical method to calculate and analyze the age for different kinds ofmaterials. According to the analysis results, the classification method of materials,inventory control model and vendor managed inventory, the improvement scheme isproposed. Finally, we select typical materials to verify the efficiency of improvementscheme.(3) Based on the above analysis, we construct a comprehensi ve evaluation ofstrategic supplier system on account of investigation and analysis of hierarchyquestionnaire, and then use the system to evaluate the enterprise existing suppliers.Result verifies the validity and feasibility of the system.(4) Through using the method of SWOT and the strategic map to analyze thestrategic goal of the enterprise, and using the fishbone diagram and brainstormingmethod to analyze the causes of enterprise current low procurement performance, theprimary KPI index is determined; and then the Balanced Scorecard indicators are confirmed; through using the group of experts to score, the ancient forest law tocalculate the index weight, a complete card purchasing performance evaluation withKPI index characteristics of Balanced Scorecard is constructed. Application caseverifies the availability of the system.The research work achieves procurement supervision and management of wholeprocess of the enterprise to certain extent, and also has certain reference and referencefor the control of the purchasing cost of aerospace enterprise and further enhancingthe purchasing and supply performance.
